If you have been beaten, cut, kicked, threatened, stalked or raped by your spouse or partner, by the father or mother of your children,  by someone you have dated or lived with in a dating relationship or by a family member, you may be the victim of domestic violence.

What you can do

Restraining orders and protective orders can be obtained and a ruling by the Court will help prevent your assailant from harming you or your children.
